Research Topics and Recent list of Research Publications

The research in this area spans a wide range of disciplines in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, material sciences, and applications of MEMS devices in several disciplines. Among these disciplines, the key factor for the rapid progress of Microsensors and Nano sensors for different applications such as environmental and health medical devices.

Varieties of sensors were developed at the micro and the Nanoscale level, where silicon CMOS chips were integrated with the sensors for smart sensors production and for processing the data. Frequent use of GWU clean room to fabricate Micro and Nano sensors  and using several materials.
